Neatebox’s Customer Service app has been designed to ensure that organisations are able to deliver completely inclusive customer service to their customers while empowering the day-to-day experiences of disabled clients. It ensures that the CS team avoid the embarrassment of not knowing how to interact whilst at the same giving them a greater understanding and opportunity to build greater relationships with their most vulnerable customers.
Using the CS application is a simple process, you download the app and input your basic details into our basic set-up screen. You can add your details of your impairments and any specific requirements which may reflect your needs that day.
Once you arrive at one of our partner businesses, the customer service team or relevant personnel will be notified of your arrival, made aware of your requirements and how you would like assistance during your visit as well as being given general tips as to how they should interact with you.
